Salon Policy

New Clients

New clients must schedule a consultation prior to receiving any hair extension or hair color services.  Consultations and extension/color services cannot be scheduled on the same day.

First-time clients from out of town must send a detailed email to with the following information:

  • Contact Info
  • Hair Color History (past 2 years)
  • Photo of hair currently
  • Photo of desired hair color



Salon Etiquette

Please do not bring extra people to your appointment.  The salon studio is a cozy space and can only accommodate scheduled clients.

No children are permitted in the salon studio unless being serviced.  

Only service animals are permitted in the salon.

Personal snacks are allowed.  However, I ask that you not bring any "smelly food" with you to your appointment.

Appointment Confirmations are sent 48 hours in advance of your reservation.  Please reply to all appointment confirmations.  If you have not confirmed your appointment by the day of, your appointment may be cancelled.  




I understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment.  If that happens,  I respectfully ask that you provide 24 hours notice in the event of a cancellation.

Cancellations and "No Shows" leave gaps in my schedule that cannot be filled without timely notice.  This notification courtesy enables me to schedule another client, and in turn maintain a higher availability of appointments for you as well as others.

If 24 hours notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. Missed appointments or "no shows" are subject to a charge in the amount of the full service. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee may apply.
